Introduction to Nature Observation and Forest Bathing Experience a morning in the woods
that will leave you feeling more connected, relaxed, and in tune with yourself and the world around you.

Course example

We will meet at a local trail (to be determined) at 9am. Before embarking on the hike, we will spend some time learning how to enter the conversation of the nature world.

  • Sensory Slow Down: Fox Walk, Deer Ears, and Eagle Eyes.
  • Entering the wild world: How to quiet your mind and expand your awareness.
  • Solo walk: Apply what you learned and embark on a short solo walk.

Group Size: Minimum of 4, Maximum of 12

Duration: 2 hours (9am to 11pm)


Great activity for anyone looking to experience a deeper connection to the natural world and for those seeking a little more awe and wonder in their lives. 

What to wear and what to bring: Wear comfortable shoes and layers. Dress for the weather and be prepared for moments of slow walking and being still. Bring a water bottle and snack if desired.

Cost: $40 per person.
